About Valley Hill Farm
Valley Hill Farm is located in Mebane, North Carolina and is owned and operated by Rickey Moore. Rickey has worked with the American Quarter Horse for over 25 years and specializes in All-Around horses. His clients range from beginners to experts and youth to adults.
Valley Hill Farm clients have been highly successful both locally and nationally. They have won year end All-Around awards in North Carolina and South Carolina along with qualifying nationally for both the AQHA Youth and World Shows and have had numerous Finalists, Top Tens, Top Fives at Congress. They have successful competed and won both NSBA and Futurity Events. The barn motto is to always have fun and with that will come success. The clientele are very supportive of each other and one big family.
The facility consist of the Main Barn and Indoor which houses 8 heated stalls with a wash pit and 5 stalls located in the indoor arena. There is also a second barn which houses broodmares and babies. Rickey has established a brood mare program which supplies Valley Hill with its own babies each year.
There are several fenced areas for turnout along with an outdoor riding ring, a 60 ft round pen and an indoor riding ring. Under construction at this time are several more turnout pens and an additional outdoor riding ring. Please stop by and visit the farm. We welcome all visitors and always have horses for sale.
